Our professional taster Paj Hamilton will guide us through 5 carefully selected whiskies showcasing each of Scotland's main producing regions, as we take a journey around the country with our national nectar, all in the rustic and atmospheric surroundings of the Waggonway Workshop.
 
Paj has twenty years' experience in the hospitality industry and is a certified expert in the sale and service of single malt whisky. He specialises in gauging your preferences and finding the right dram for you.
